Use Nexus Vibe lawfully and responsibly. Only verify accounts you own or are authorized to manage, and follow the terms of the platform you are using.

1. Using the service

You must provide accurate registration information, protect your credentials and use Nexus Vibe only where you are legally permitted to do so. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

2. Acceptable use

Use numbers only for accounts and workflows you own or are authorized to manage. Do not use Nexus Vibe for fraud, impersonation, harassment, unauthorized access, spam, evading platform enforcement or violating another service's terms. We may restrict activity reasonably suspected to create harm or legal risk.

3. Availability and number types

Service and country availability depend on upstream inventory and platform restrictions. A number may be temporary, shared or otherwise subject to the displayed provider conditions. We do not guarantee that every platform will accept every number or that a code will always arrive.

4. Prices, wallet and payments

Review the displayed price before placing a request. Deposits are credited only after server-side payment confirmation. A pending payment is not spendable balance. Your transaction history records posted deposits, charges and eligible refunds.

5. Activations and refunds

An activation follows the status shown in your dashboard. Refund eligibility depends on the confirmed provider outcome and the conditions shown for the request. We will not treat an uncertain provider result as a confirmed failure or issue duplicate refunds.

6. Security and account restrictions

Do not share passwords, authentication codes or API credentials. We may pause or restrict accounts to investigate suspected abuse, protect the service or comply with legal requirements.

7. Third-party services

Nexus Vibe depends on external platforms, payment processors and number providers. Their availability, rules and privacy practices are outside our direct control. You must comply with the terms of the platform you are verifying with.

8. Service changes and limitations

Features may change as integrations are maintained. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or acceptance by third-party platforms.
